Senior Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Recruiter to join our small but mighty recruiting team. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of niche and technical positions – including .NET developers, Blackbaud CRM and Salesforce specialists, data engineers, functional consultants, and other advancement and fundraising-tech roles. You will partner closely with leadership to define ideal candidate profiles, develop data-driven sourcing strategies, and build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines. Leading full-cycle recruitment for niche technical, consulting, and fundraising-technology roles across the organization.

Managing all elements of the hiring process, including drafting job postings, interview design, candidate debriefs, reference checks, salary recommendations, and offer delivery. Supporting hiring managers through capacity planning and guiding them through continuous pipeline building and talent acquisition strategies to get ahead of urgent and anticipated needs.
