Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a licensed expert on ICHRA, ACA, and individual market health coverage for our members and employer clients. You will guide members through the enrollment process, benefit selection, billing, reimbursements, and renewals, while answering member questions across various channels. You will also be responsible for identifying patterns in support tickets, helping to spec out improvements to FAQs and automation tools, and collaborating with compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met. Maintaining documentation and adherence to licensing and HIPAA standards are key aspects of this role.
