Job Description
The role involves providing operational support for GTM processes, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in preparing and validating commission data and ensuring timely submission.
- Performing basic SFDC admin tasks, including creating new accounts and maintaining data quality.
- Refreshing and distributing Excel templates for Sales Directors’ Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Serving as the first point of contact for new requests via the Service Desk and maintaining documentation.
- Assisting with CPQ redundancy by creating quotes using offline pricing models during peak periods.
