About the Role:

  • This role supports a modern, technology-driven claims organization by ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient handling of administrative and operational claims processes.
  • You will work closely with multi-line claims adjusters to support claim resolution through data entry, file setup, documentation management, and customer communication.

Accountabilities:

  • Set up and organize new claim files by gathering, validating, and entering accurate information from documentation and customer interactions.
  • Manage task queues efficiently to ensure claims adjusters receive timely and complete supporting information.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, including electronic, physical, and faxed documents, ensuring proper classification and upload into claim systems.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required with a minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance support, claims administration, policy administration, or compliance-related operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and other relevant internal platforms.
