Job Description
Provide legal, business, and strategic advice across the organization. Research and review product compliance requirements with applicable U.S. and international laws, in close collaboration with Legal Team colleagues. Draft, revise, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial agreements, including Web3, partnership, vendor, and tech transactions, addressing legal risk in business-centric ways. Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various stakeholders, including Partnerships, Product, Marketing/Communications, and Operations as a trusted partner while building strong lines of communication with them. Assist with designing and scaling legal processes and procedures and monitor relevant regulatory and policy developments as needed. Legal research as needed.
