Role Overview:

  • Define and execute Xplor's AI strategy, bridging business objectives and technical capabilities to drive measurable value.
  • Own the AI initiative portfolio, prioritizing and resourcing solutions that are pragmatic and scalable.
  • Act as primary interface between executive leadership and technical teams for AI decisions.

Qualifications Needed:

  • 8-12+ years in strategy, product, data, technology, or consulting with demonstrated AI leadership.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, and data-driven systems without needing to write code daily.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate confidently at the executive level.

Additional Information:

  • Fully remote position within US time zones.
  • Base salary range USD $150,000 to $160,000 plus discretionary bonus.
