Customer Service & Operations Virtual Assistant (Home Services)

Customer Service & Sales Support:

• Answer incoming calls and guide potential customers through the sign-up process.
• Collect and securely process credit card information and payments over the phone.
• Handle calls regarding service questions, billing, and schedule-related queries.

Quoting & Service Setup:

• Use internal tools to look up and measure customer properties and generate accurate quotes.
• Record service details and ensure all necessary information is captured in the system.
• Ensure all new customers are properly documented and scheduled for service.

Technician & Route Support:

• Communicate with field technicians to provide customer details and special instructions.
• Help with directions and navigation using vehicle trackers and mapping tools.
• Relay messages between customers and technicians and alert the appropriate person if major issues arise.
