Portfolio Management & Strategic Alignment:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track and report on portfolio, program, and project performance, including timelines, milestones, and resource utilization.

Project Management Standards & Tools:

  • Maintain and evolve standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates to promote consistency and efficiency across teams.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain PMO tools that provide real-time evaluation of statuses, timelines, and resourcing for tasks, projects, and programs.

Team Leadership & Talent Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Portfolio Managers and the Manager, Project Management.
  • Foster a culture centered on accountability, continuous improvement, and high-touch service.
