As a Junior Support Engineer, you will provide technical support, monitor systems, and assist in resolving operational issues for both internal users and clients. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, and collaborating with various teams to maintain system performance and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of operating systems, SQL Server and software applications, delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities involve system monitoring and support, responding to issues reported by monitoring systems or users, and maintaining documentation for processes and troubleshooting steps. You will generate reports on system performance and collaborate with development teams, operations staff, and clients to resolve operational challenges. Communication and a customer-focused approach are crucial, along with careful attention to detail in handling technical issues and maintaining system health reports.
