About the role:
- We are seeking a Contracts Manager to serve the US-based Client Services team, drafting and negotiating creator/talent agreements.
- You will also support the production studio division with paperwork and clearances.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate creator/talent agreements.
- Advise on creator contracting workflow and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and content clearance.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in creator economy, social media marketing, or entertainment.
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of FTC guidelines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
