- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of talent agents to support their professional growth and performance.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, guidance, and strategic direction.
- Partner with senior leadership to align team priorities and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or related industry.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching junior team members.
- Strong understanding of talent representation and the creator economy.
