Job Description

The Sales Enablement & Operations Lead will drive productivity and performance across the Sales department by managing tools, systems, processes, analytics, and enablement initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the sales team is equipped, supported, and structured for scale. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Finance to improve pipeline efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and performance insights. Key responsibilities include, managing and optimizing CRM systems, sales workflows, and pipeline reporting. You will own onboarding, training, and continuous enablement of sales team members. You will analyze sales performance data and deliver actionable insights to leadership. You'll partner with Marketing on lead routing, attribution, and campaign effectiveness and drive sales process standardization, documentation, and tool adoption. You will build and maintain dashboards for KPIs, forecasting, and funnel health. You'll identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement solutions to improve conversion and support quota planning, territory management, and compensation alignment.
