Job Description
The University Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter is responsible for representing RR Donnelley to external parties, helping market the company and jobs to attract the best talent, with a specific focus on university students for entry-level roles and internships. The position will also manage internal relationships and various processes to ensure the candidate journey to becoming an employee maximizes candidate experience.
Responsibilities include supporting the creation/updating of job postings, developing relationships with university career services, planning and executing recruitment events, and educating hiring managers on best practices. This role also involves performing all phases of the recruitment life cycle, qualifying applicants, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruitment, particularly in university recruitment. Candidates should have experience with sourcing, career fairs, and strong project management skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with behavioral-based interviewing is preferred.
