Position Summary:
- Supports the Global Head of AI & Advisory.
- Manages scheduling and supports client and internal follow-up.
- Maintains accurate records and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the calendar and coordinates outreach for meetings.
- Prepares presentations and tracks sales activity.
- Supports reporting and assists with onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Needs proven experience in an administrative or client-facing role.
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
