Position Summary:

  • Supports the Global Head of AI & Advisory.
  • Manages scheduling and supports client and internal follow-up.
  • Maintains accurate records and coordinates with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the calendar and coordinates outreach for meetings.
  • Prepares presentations and tracks sales activity.
  • Supports reporting and assists with onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Needs proven experience in an administrative or client-facing role.
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
