Driving Value:
-Support partners and customers in deploying and scaling autonomous solutions.
-Work closely from initial discovery through implementation.
-Work through the key phases of Kodiak’s Partner Deployment Program.
Strategic Growth:
-Identify and understand customer’s main pain points and business goals.
-Unlock new opportunities for account expansion that aligns with Kodiak’s strategic roadmap.
-Collaborate with customers to define and tailor solutions to meet unique business needs and requirements.
Relationship Management:
-Conduct regular Business Reviews to ensure continued alignment.
-Reinforce values and identify strategic opportunities for collaboration.
-Establish and maintain consistent cadence of customer touchpoints to strengthen relationships.
