- Manage workload to ensure appropriate patient and physician coverage.
- Collaborate with Performance, Quality, and Excellence (PQE) to monitor performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industry, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, planning, data and analytics, and problem-solving skills.
