About You:
- Extensive experience of global payments, with a focus on Operations.
- Proven ability to autonomously resolve complex payment issues.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integration effort with banking partners and payment providers.
- Serve as escalation point on complex payment issues and ascertain processes are in place to minimize the number of payment processing issues.
- Collaborate across multiple teams including Payroll, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Finance.

- You'll report to: Director, Payments Operations.
- Team: Operations - Payments.
