Director, Global Payroll

About the Role:

• Oversee and manage payroll operations across multiple countries and regions.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for all employees.
• Support the company’s commitment to operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage global payroll operations, covering EMEA, Americas, and APJ regions.
• Implement and maintain payroll systems and software, driving automation and process improvements.
• Monitor and report on key payroll metrics and trends to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive experience (15 years plus) of managing multi-country payroll operations.
• Strong understanding of global payroll regulations, compliance, and tax issues.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
