Partner Operations Specialist

As a Partner Operations Specialist at Scaled Agile, Inc., you'll be instrumental in optimizing our partner program's effectiveness and efficiency. You'll dive into streamlining and creating partner processes and support documentation, ensuring seamless partner interactions, like onboarding, and managing crucial partner data to track performance metrics and generate insightful reports. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the program based on partner feedback and industry trends. You will manage the partner journey from onboarding to offboarding for partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed, including access to SAFe certification materials. You will administer partner agreements, including contract management, compliance, and documentation and Maintain accurate records of partner information, agreements, and key performance metrics related to Partner billings. You will also closely with the Partner Program Director to develop and implement operational processes that enhance partner engagement and satisfaction. You will monitor partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to team members and other parts of the organization and collaborate with the Customer Support team and Regional teams and act as a point of contact for partners regarding operational inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
