Senior Observability Architect

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary technical contact for a portfolio of customers, developing trusted relationships with engineers, SREs, and technical decision-makers.
• Design and guide customer observability maturity journeys, helping organizations establish scalable practices and improve operational visibility.
• Architect complex observability solutions across modern infrastructure and application environments, ensuring effective integration into mission-critical systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical support, TAM, consulting, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
