Community Strategist

The Role:

• You'll work with premium Mighty Pro customers to create deeply engaging community experiences that lead to powerful outcomes.
• You will lead workshops, co-create launch strategies, and shape the early member experience for bold and influential Hosts.

What You'll Do:

• Provide creative input and feedback on brand elements like landing pages and email sequences to ensure a compelling member journey.
• Collaborate closely with Launch Specialists and Implementation teams, handling lightweight setup tasks as needed.
• Maintain regular updates to internal stakeholders on Host performance, needs, risks, and outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of client-facing experience, ideally with strategic accounts in SaaS, media, or creator-focused businesses.
• 2+ years in a consulting, business coaching, or agency role, with deep understanding of community-building and digital member experiences.
• Excellent communicator and facilitator, adaptable and proactive, with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
