The People Senior Specialist facilitates the design and approach of critical areas in People team operations, account management, and programs. This is a senior individual contributor role that requires excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with process and scalability. Specialization areas include: Operations, Client Management, and Programs. Essential Job Duties: Conduct High Level Investigations, Support High-Risk and Leave Related Terminations, Act as a Liaison for Accommodations, Provide Specialized Employee Relations Guidance, Develop and continuously improve in the People department assignment area, Lead ongoing organizational initiatives, Standardize People teamβs processes.
