Job Description
Help design and execute sourcing strategies to build strong, values-aligned candidate pipelines. Maintain ≤30 day Time-to-Hire (TTH) and ≤60 day Time-to-Fill (TTF) on open technical roles across product and engineering. Help build and train a high-performing interviewer pool on Hatch’s AI/Values/Competency criteria. Serve as a strategic thought partner in quarterly and annual technical headcount planning. This role is remote-friendly but must be based in the U.S. or Canada.
