Job Description

What you'll do:

Provide technical support to firms through remote assistance
Be a first responder to critical system incidents or outages
Maintain active communication and support with API vendor development teams

What you'll need:

Experience in API support or 3+ years of software development
Expertise with WebSockets, SQL, JSON or using third-party REST API
Experience with technical writing

Compensation:

Salary range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD
Receive an annual target bonus of 8%
401K plan with company match up to 3.5%
