Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a knowledge leader in customs compliance as an escalation point for internal stakeholders.
- Supervise a team of Broker Partner Success and Post-Entry Analysts remotely.
- Support pre- and post-entry activity including CBP/CBSA requests and special projects.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 10 years in customs brokerage or trade compliance, preferably with enterprise-level operations.
- Must hold a valid U.S. Customs Broker License or equivalent CCS designation.
- Comfortable with ACE and data analytics tools, able to articulate complex concepts.
