New Partner Manager, Scaled

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s Business Development & Partnerships team accelerates our company goals by working with partners to enhance product experiences, expand our ecosystem, and drive user and revenue growth. As a Scaled Partner Manager, you’ll manage relationships with dozens of partners through scalable programs, connecting them with the right internal teams, spanning product, marketing, enablement, and operations, to ensure a seamless experience. You’ll collaborate extensively with partners and cross-functionally with teams at Figma to drive meaningful impact for Figma, our partners, and users—helping shape how millions of people experience and extend Figma’s platform. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. You'll develop scalable systems, keep partners informed, contribute insights, and champion user needs.
