Responsibilities:
- Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings to identify coordination issues and constructability risks.
- Prepare trade-specific RFPs, bid packages, and scope sheets for procurement.
- Source subcontractors, manage bid distribution, and track follow-ups for timely proposals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in construction preconstruction, estimating, or project management.
- Strong ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with bid preparation, scope analysis, and construction documentation workflows.
