Job Description
The Client Success Manager serves as the primary liaison between the company and its clients. This role is responsible for nurturing profitable, long-term client relationships by ensuring successful delivery and adoption of services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Service Desk, Centralized Services, and Professional Services—to address client needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding service offerings.
Responsibilities include building and retaining client relationships, conducting client reviews, coordinating client touchpoints, preparing status reports, documenting client data, conducting account surveys, working with various teams, sharing feedback, identifying upsell opportunities, overseeing ticket resolution, and ensuring smooth communication.
