Groups Contract Specialist

As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration and manage bookings at various stages of the contracting process. You will be responsible for collaborating with Group Sales Managers and customers to collect and execute hotel and customer contracts and billing with precision and accuracy. You will need to be accountable to communicate and hold customer and hotels to various deadlines and collaborate closely with internal teams such as sourcing, group sales, groups support and project recon to ensure seamless execution of group bookings. You will also have to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and tools implemented at a rapid scale.
