Job Description
Max Insurance is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Broker Support Specialist to actively manage and grow relationships within the existing broker network. Engage with brokers to encourage them to endorse Max Insurance as the insurer of choice to their customers. Continually present key unique value propositions to broker partners on a daily basis. Facilitate broker trainings to drive engagement with our broker partners. Maintain relationships with our existing network of brokers through regular communication, sharing of resources, and effective management of escalations. Use previous experience as a broker to understand and predict the needs of our broker partners. Collaborate with the underwriting and claims departments to share insights and market intelligence regarding broker expectations.
