Primary Purpose:
- Provide telephonic case management to drive return to work.
- Engage with injured employee, provider, and employer.
Responsibilities:
- Use clinical skills to determine medical necessity and perform utilization review.
- Coordinate care with adjusters and develop resolution strategies.
- Evaluate treatment plans and partner with adjusters.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license required; PA compact preferred.
- BSN or equivalent and case management certification preferred.
- Five years experience with two years direct clinical care or case management.
