Head of Procurement

We're looking for a seasoned Head of Procurement to lead our end-to-end procurement function. This critical and high-impact role is responsible for securing high-quality goods and services while optimizing costs and ensuring our procurement strategies are fully aligned with the company's growth and financial objectives. You will be expected to keep clear, transparent, and compliant procurement processes, lead strategic sourcing across all major categories (including SaaS, Marketing, and HR), and champion the adoption of digital procurement technologies (including AI use cases) to minimize manual work and maximize efficiency. You will lead a team of 4 (Purchasing Specialists and Sourcers), report to the VP of Operations and work directly with the CEO and the executive team.
