The Professional Services Sales Operations Specialist (PSOS) is a valuable resource for Regional Service activities and Engineering. The PSOS supports Presales and delivery efforts by managing new opportunity intake and managing process steps for presales scoping; including, submission of proposals, aiding in hours and template scoping, managing systems, and assisting in Proposal QA and delivery. Key interactions include daily communications with service practice leads, account executives, and technical leaders across the North Central.
Furthermore, the specialist will provide support for managing SalesForce.com service Opportunities, and corresponding with Customers and vendors in an effort to maintain and grow the region. The PSOS must keep their finger on the pulse of all Service Opportunities that they are responsible for in their region. SOS’s manage key solutions such as ira and SalesForce.com so that it can provide accurate forecasting reports.
