The technical challenge:

• Our insurance marketplace is the core product, and automating the end-to-end shopping experience is our key differentiator.
• The AI & Automation team owns automating the entire quoting experience and orchestrating complex transactions with external systems.
• We need to build the next generation AI system, including document validation, voicebot expansion, and direct system navigation.

What you’ll own:

• Own the AI agents and automation system, covering agentic front ends (chatbot, voicebot, computer-use) and backend workflow automation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technology, make build vs. buy decisions, and ship to production.
• Partner with OpenAI to deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.
