What you’ll own:

• Set the technical bar for our chatbot systems and shape the prompt engineering team's architecture.
• Build new automations across record disputes, document validation, and email/callout reduction.
• Evaluate emerging AI technology and partner with OpenAI to deploy next-generation models.
