  • Own client relationships through all phases including deployment, optimization, expansion, and renewal.

  • Drive product roadmap decisions to deliver ROI for both the customer and the company.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Maintain expertise in industry trends and regulatory changes to position the company as a trusted partner.
