The People Adviser role is responsible for providing business-focussed generalist HR/People advice, guidance and interventions across a geographical area or collection of operational programmes / departments under the support and guidance of the People Business Partner. Duties will primarily focus on the professional areas of Recruitment, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, Resource and Talent Planning and Organisational Design.
Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Provide coaching and training to line management for effective performance management, assist in proactively managing underperforming Co-Members, monitor and support probationary Co-Members, advise on procedures, review investigation reports, and offer guidance on pay and benefit discrepancies. Build positive relationships with Co-Members and management, monitor attendance, present survey data, aid in resolving informal complaints, assist in producing company responses, and conduct investigations.
Work with Reed Direct Sourcing Team , advise management on resourcing needs, ensure up-to-date job descriptions, and participate in the selection of operational roles. Assist in facilitating organizational changes, collaborate on restructuring proposal documents, provide support during consultation activities, and contribute to TUPE processes.
