Enrollment Quality Auditor

Your Impact:

• Perform audits of enrollment, disenrollment, eligibility, and plan/PCP change transactions.
• Review 834 file transactions and coordinate with state systems to verify member effective dates.
• Share QA results with associates and provide feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of health plan enrollment/eligibility auditing experience required.
• Medicaid managed care auditing experience strongly preferred.

Work Environment:

• Remote, US-based position.
• Long periods in front of a computer using video technology.
• Work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual US base salary range $44,000-$50,000.
• Pre-employment criminal background check required.
