Job Description
As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, conducting regular health checks to identify risks and optimization opportunities. You will also work with CSMs and Sales to develop and execute proactive success plans to improve adoption, stability, and performance, delivering proactive recommendations to improve stability, adoption, integrations, and performance.
Furthermore, you will deeply understand Simpplrโs architecture, APIs, integrations, and configuration best practices, guiding customers on configuration changes and platform optimization. This role involves partnering with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and drive resolution of complex issues, as well as acting as the main point of escalation for urgent customer issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
