Job Description
The Principal Platform Architect (ServiceNow) is responsible for helping customers establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform. This position involves designing solutions that drive business outcomes by establishing and supporting best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the overall technical health of the platform. The role requires interfacing with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during the selling, structuring, and implementation of solutions. This individual will translate business objectives to outcomes into customer roadmaps, establish technical governance processes, and ensure solid instance health by guiding the remediation of configurations that do not align with ServiceNow best practices.
