Strategy Associate

The Strategy Associate will work in the Office of the CEO, reporting to the VP of Strategic Initiatives, supporting high-priority transformation initiatives to aid in Aledade’s performance and growth. Initially, the role will focus on scaling and diversifying the delivery of value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows, which is Aledade’s priority transformation initiative in 2025. The team member will support projects spanning analytics, tool deployment, practice adoption, impact evaluation, and operations, and will serve as a partner for internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams. As a member of the Office of the CEO, the hire will have opportunities to contribute to Aledade’s broader transformation efforts, furthering Aledade’s mission to do more good for patients, practices, and society.
