Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue with enterprise and strategic level companies. The Regional Sales Manager builds and manages company relationships with potential enterprise clients throughout a territory in the United States. Currently we have openings on our New Logo sales team and Strategic sales team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include managing and closing complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders, partnering with the Business Development Team on pipeline building, and generating new clients to increase revenue through cold calling, lead follow up, and network connections. Additional duties entail building a network of referrals, marketing the Hirevue brand, managing the sales process, assisting in creating RFP responses, and maintaining a grasp on competitor activity. The role also involves understanding client needs, representing Hirevue at industry events, and communicating effectively interdepartmentally. At least eight years’ sales experience in the HCM & SaaS or assessment industry is required, as well as experience generating opportunities in large, enterprise size companies across NAM. The role also requires excellent communication and presentation skills.
