Role Overview:
- Serve as the lead relationship partner for active enterprise clients.
- Own the relationship from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Work side by side with CHROs and executive sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business and talent challenges into program journeys.
- Build trust and influence with HR leaders as a thought partner.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional deployment team.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in consulting, HR transformation, or leadership development.
- Track record of executive-level advising and account growth.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
Compensation & Culture:
- $70,000–$90,000 contract role, fully remote within the US.
