Job Description
As part of a dynamic team, you will shape the future and transformation of customer service and work on exciting company projects. You will manage and coordinate versatile projects and processes independently with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Digital Product Management, E-Commerce, IT, Business Development, Loyalty, Logistics). You are responsible for requirements management for the further development of our customer service products and processes and actively manage deadlines. You bring sound methodological skills in project and process management; analyze existing processes critically and show the initiative to initiate and implement changes. You have the desire to familiarize yourself with technical customer service topics in order to understand our product-related components and features from the business side.
