Serve as the initial sales touchpoint, converting inbound leads into clients through persuasive, empathetic communication. Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and present Embark’s treatment options as tailored solutions. Drive conversion by proactively following up with leads and managing the full admissions pipeline—from inquiry to intake. Use CRM software (Salesforce) to track sales activity, ensure lead follow-up, and maintain pipeline integrity. Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, insurance, intake) to ensure a seamless, high-converting client journey. Address objections and overcome barriers to care using strategic problem-solving and sales techniques. Exceed daily/weekly KPIs for calls, follow-ups, and conversions, your success directly impacts lives and revenue.
