Job Description
As an Automation Advisor, you will conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to determine areas that can benefit from automation, assist clients in strategizing potential approaches to automation goals and building custom workflows, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements with existing automations. You will also provide clients with both technical enablement and support during implementation of the solution and new automations. Client Engagement involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations and encouraging and supporting automation concepts and education within client organizations.
Project Management duties include assisting clients in creating strategic automation adoption plans, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and acting as both a strategic and secondary technical point of contact, providing high level insights while capturing key technical details of automation projects.
