This role is crucial in allowing our CMO to lead their department with maximum effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, capable of managing a big workload, and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, acting as a strategic partner to the CMO, orchestrating team cadences, managing travel arrangements, fostering team culture, general administrative duties, and monitoring the Executiveβs email.
