Role Overview:
- Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions across multiple client engagements.
- Actively participate in pre-sales and account expansion initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineers and partner with the Engineering Director to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and drive technical solutions for complex, mission-critical problems.
- Define architecture patterns, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
- Serve as primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor to clients.
- Champion AI and Agentic SDLC/DDLC practices across teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of high-performance delivery at CI&T.
- Experience operating as an Architecture Manager or Systems Architect.
- Strong client-facing background with international clients.
- Background in CPG industry and pre-sales activities.
