Job Description
Improve the efficiency of Rula’s go-to-market strategy for partnerships-driven demand. You’ll focus on building operations for a hypergrowth sales team and play an integral role in scaling our Growth Operations function. In this role, you’ll identify insights to improve our sales motion, maintain our CRM architecture, and build processes to scale our business. You’ll work closely with sales leaders to set goals and then take ownership of their implementation, execution, and measurement.
We need someone with the skills and interest to bring clarity to chaos, balance execution with senior stakeholder management, and enable our customer-facing teams to empower more people with access to high-quality, affordable mental healthcare.
