As a Senior Oncology Account Manager, you will drive strategic growth within your territory by leveraging deep market knowledge and established relationships.
You will serve as a trusted partner to both internal stakeholders and external customers, shaping a high-performance culture.

Essential Duties:

Drive strategic execution across a complex territory, expanding relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
Leverage advanced analytics and market insights to refine territory strategy and influence internal planning.
Lead pull-through initiatives in collaboration with access and reimbursement teams.

Qualifications:

BS/BA degree with 9 years of related experience or Master's with 7 years; minimum 5 years of oncology sales experience required.
Demonstrated ability to persuade by presenting complex clinical information and strong business planning skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base pay range of $198,000 - $253,500 annually, depending on geographic region and experience.
Comprehensive benefits including 401k, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.
